So I feel my shungite is heavy but for a minute I could feel the energy of the earth see it like deep roots rooted inside the earth branching out I could almost feel it, channel it, so much energy in tapped, I could use it channel it into something, warding, healing I felt the energy in my hand like a ball circling. Around dancing flowing ready for healing. Note though I have been eating it for three years I hardly take it off
