I really like that in Photographic Premonition you include RWS style versions of TVS series characters like Stanley and Emily! Could Paxton potentially appear that way as well?
@greninjazac45772 жыл бұрын
I like how these are written in a way that makes them feel like the old show but for an older demographic. Death is treated with more respect and restrained to the point that it doesn’t make the episode’s tone stray from the tone of the more tense episodes of the classic show. Regardless, great job. Also, I praise that you didn’t resort to jump scares, the lack of them let me enjoy the atmosphere of the video without the risk of a heart attack😅

I remember one time when I was a kid, I had to deal with a major accident. Someone had past in my family and I was really scared everyday thinking that I would be either confronted by a spirit or worst (since I was a kid). However one day I watched a video where it was like this where Edward was calm and didn’t get scared by ghosts. Edward was always a engine that I loved not because he was the oldest, but the wisest and helped me sometimes in life without me even noticing.

I must say. I loved all of these. The last story has a very heartfelt ending. The first story had a really good buildup in tension that explodes, and the effects still linger on until the end of the story. The fact that there were two narrators used here makes the stories all the more spooky due to the soft tones that were rough and strong when necessary.

some of these stories, especially the first one, reminded me of a short film my dad showed me 3 years ago, called the Signalman. the film was in colour, and filmed on an old heritage railway. The story itself was written by "Charles Dickens". The same man who gave us "Oliver" and "Great Expectations", and the christmas favourite "A christmas Carol", where Scrooge is haunted by 3 ghosts. Apparently, Charles Dickens wrote, "The signalman", after surviving a train crash, which made it even more spooky. The story goes, that a wondering man, happens upon a lonely signalman, who tells the man that he sees a figure of someone standing at the entrance of a tunnel. he also hears the shouting of people crying out "Get out of the way. For gods sake get out of the way!" long story short. The ghostly figure turned out to be the premonition of the Signalmans own death, as the Signalman, towards the end of the film, is standing in the exact same spot, is hit by an oncoming train, where just moments before the crash, the driver and fireman had been shouting "Get out of the way! For gods sake, get out of the way!" the film isn't long by any means. it was only about half an hour long, but just remembering it, sends shivers, and tears down my cheek. Why have I never heard of this scary story from Charles Dickens before!?
