Hiya... excellent video... why did they shunt the Deltic like that? as far as I could see, surely it could have just pulled forward off of the train it brought in and then just reversed back to the platform after the train it brought in had pulled out instead of going through the rigmarol of doing those shunting moves.

Hi James, it was heading the same stock back out to Leicester so hence the moves.
