Shure MV7+ Mic: New Features, Same Quality?

I loved how you showed the app, lots of options there from SHURE! Great review thank you for mentioning all the upgrades and changes from the old MV7 model. SHURE gear is fantastic and I like the USB-C versatility this mic provides. I compared it to other dynamic mics like Rode Procaster, Rode Podcaster USB, Elgato Wave DX, Logitech Yeti GX, and Logitech Blue Sona.

Is it a dumb idea to flip the microphone from the support bolts to hide the light if You don't want it?
