I like Azir, I think he looks at himself as good, but all the opposition and doubts against him seems to affect his judgement. He’s sort of teetering between being Mufasa or Thanos. It’s very cool. There’s not much of a difference, but I think his League voice has a bit more swag in it and he seems more morally sound there.

You've got to look at it from his mind. He's from an age where shurima ruled the continent for centuries already. He's never had to make peace talks with foreign kingdoms, and short of Targon itself and his parents everyone listened to him without fail. And shurima prospered as a whole. (Outside of slavery which he ended, the only problem the vassal nation's had was they felt like they culture was being taken out they felt like shurima was treating them unfairly for noy Ascending one of there people. ) He's now in an age where his empire is a collection of nations big and small. He doesn't acknowledge them because it would be like coming to your 3 bedroom house and your neighbor rented out each of your rooms and they are claiming they live there. Yes Azir is fully willing to glass his foes and in fury Even the innocent. But he has yet to harm an innocent and its easy to calm his fury as shown by a child could do it. Azir does a good job of selling Shurima, but something most forget is that shurima wasn't just the dessert. It was the entire continet except the frejlord. So when Azir says he brining Shurima back we all said "that's so cool". But nobody asked so what happens to noxus,demacia, piltover,zaun, etc.

They simply explained why they made the decision to have this new voice, because of the new voice actress (although it's not really her fault, whoever directed her lines is the one who chose to go through with this perkier direction. @@GreyscaleFady I just don't love so many of the female cast of league being perky hehehe characters, it is fine if it fits the character but Taliyah seems pretty serious, she was forced from her lands as a child, had to fight her for her freedom, was trained in a distant land to her by a tortured samurai man, and is now returning to stop what she believes to be a tyrant from enslaving her people (although she might be wrong about that). Turning her into hehe cute gurl feels kinda disingenuous. I know it isn't that serious and I'm not like fuming about it, it just really took me off guard there.

Taliyah, Sivir and Nasus met very briefly though. It's just another day - another problem to Taliyah and Sivir. The two didn't even know about Xerath, the bloodline, etc~. Also, Sivir doesn't want to owe anyone deeds. Taliyah is a nomad, she had met lots of people from Ionia to Shurima, Sivir and Nasus are just two of many. Kinda makes sense they don't have interactions. No Nasus quotes towards the two about the event though, is a shame indeed. Unless Riot is preparing something to progress Bloodline story, and they don't want conflicting interactions, which is very likely given how things are going rn. (p/s: if voices from LoR wiki are believable)

Should Taliyah and Sivir go part straight away, Taliyah wouldn'tt agree, but should they go together Sivir wouldn't like it. Still, the community would love to see what happened. The way it is rn it's a cliff hanger. Nasus also just as he met Taliyah called her a hero, and since he's Nasus it's right to believe he was honest and not mischevious. Last time he saw one alike her was one he had many trouble defeating milenias ago, so he surely remembers Tali. Not to mention that she saved him and countless many lives, which to Nasus is the most precious. And for Sivir, he gave her antitracking loot hence they shall meet again, so there's no denying after Bloodline happened he is actively looking for her.

It's Renekton pre-level up, so he's in a better mood and also less furious. And if you've read his "With Teeth" story, you can see that Renekton has shown signs of PTSD and there are signs that point out towards the fact that he may gain back his sense one day. He gets flashbacks from fighting Xerath mid-battle against a random Vastayan warrior (which got him to get stabbed and get furious). The good in Renekton is still there. It's just that he has lost himself in his rage and in Xerath's lies.

The way that Nasus and Azir interact with each other, while obvious, when they are enemies, that Nasus doesn't support Azir anymore, there is some more to it I think. Even when Azir is Nasus ally and they're supposed to have voice lines that 'support' each other, I have the impression, that Nasus is just giving a front, that hides his true intentions. Like everyone, I absolutely adore Azirs personality, but he is still a Tyrant. Absolut rule is never equal and maybe Nasus realized that in all the years he's been left by his own devices.
