@@malte7382 They didn't like that vampiric sceptre was only useable by one single unit. Also since vampiric sceptre was very strong they didn't like the fact that the artifact anvil portal basically lead to a "who gets vamp sceptre roulette". So they removed it for this set but it'll be back at some point (next set or later).
