His songs all seem straight from deep within his heart and soul. The intensity draws my attention in a strange way. Badass musician.

What a gift to the world Lindsey Buckingham is. A real musician and so beautifully creative. A wonderful singer, guitarist, song writer, and producer. Hearing Buckingham perform is always interesting and beautiful. So good he is thriving in his solo career. What a mistake Fleetwood Mac made in kicking him out as without him, FM now has a boring, mundane sound. Thanks, Lindsey Buckingham, for giving your music and creativity to the world. You are beautifully unique and talented. D.Arnold

Beautiful guitarist! Truly an amazing and very gifted artist! His style is unique. I can always pick out a Lindsey song just by listening to him play guitar!I would love to see him back with Fleetwood Mac. The chemistry and love of all members show through.

I will never forget hearing this live on NPR as I pulled into my driveway and then sitting there for hours listening to the studio cut fifteen times in a row with my jaw on the floor

At 62 yrs old I just saw him four winds casino. The best concert and music ever. Love the raw personal sound he projects. And at 71 that dude can still rock.

Stunning.. these lyrics seem, for obvious reasons to be even more profound than when we first hear this piece... beautiful

It's not that hard to play his style of syncopation. First you'll need ten brains, one for each finger and thumbs. Oh wait, while you do that you'll be singing in tune. Make that eleven. What a guitar style. Incredible.

Shut Us Down is such a great song and his guitar work is exquisite. Such a shame about the falling out with FleetwoodMac, you would think people in their 70’s with so much history together would let bygones be bygones. Hard to say which one is more at fault and certainly at that level people are egotistical but it doesn’t seem like someone who comes up with sensitive, poignant lyrics like this could be a total jerk.

Love this song! Am trying to learn it now on guitar but can't get the tuning right - anyone know what it is? Thought I was close with open G (DBDgbd) but that's not it. Only advice I've seen is C#EBeg#b, but that doesn't work quite right either.... ?
@SweetAeromotion3 жыл бұрын
How is the practise going now? Just curious
@kyranromero66353 жыл бұрын
Take that tuning and go a half step down. Try C D# A# D# G A#. It works perfectly!
