SHUTTERING FOR CONCRETE SLAB ( Slab shuttering)

GOOD VIDEO. Sir please suggest me on this -- For my shuttering works , I use 3ft x 2ft steel board, pine wooden planks and battens and bamboo as props. Please suggest a better alternative to pine battens -- rolled steel channels or any aluminium battens( if available), or any other idea. But sir, it should be adjustable. Pine cant be used for more than 4-5 times and acrow spans are too heavy and costly for small projects. Therefore, please suggest a better alternative to pine battens and acrow spans.

Use aluminum shutters it is more times reusable but little bit costly we can reuse around 150 times

For my shuttering works , I use 3ft x 2ft steel boards., pine wooden planks and battens and bamboo as props. now, pine wood's rate here in assam is rs. 500/cft ( which means rs. 41.67/sqft for 1" thick plank ). Now which has more re-usability -- pine or shuttering plywood . If plywood, then which brand has more re-usability . PLEASE SUGGEST 1 MORE THING... PLEASE SUGGEST A BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO PINE BATTENS -- ROLLED STEEL CHANNELS OR ANY ALUMINIUM BATTENS( IF AVAILABLE), OR ANY OTHER IDEA. BUT SIR, IT SHOULD BE ADJUSTABLE(PINE CANT BE USED FOR MORE THAN 4-5 TIMES) . ACROW SPANS ARE TOO HEAVY AND COSTLY FOR SMALL PROJECTS WHICH I DO.
