I don't have my updated central caste certificate. And it's impossible to get one before 13 sept. If I failed to get a new one, do I have no choice but to select general and if not what NC-obc certificate should I upload? Can I use UNDERTAKING FORM for this if yes, do we have to upload the undertaking form instead of the caste certificate? In general I just want to know if I can give exam in NC-OBC if I don't have the necessary documents ? If yes which documents to upload and where?
