Thank you for making this audio and bringing awareness to this because I have been there for my friend when he was going through this and the trauma he went through and was told to suck it up and be a made killed me inside, thankfully I helped him through it and got the girl arrested and behind bars for 3 years! Sadly my other friend I've known for 30 years kept his abuse a secret and took his own life in 2020 😥 as she used their kids against him.

That's why I can say, when you're angry, you often yell and say mean things to your loved ones. But, deep in your heart, you still care. It's okay till that person understands you. Try to control your anger. It's-..not that easy, but I'm certain of your success. You can do it!

Most common abuse is always associated with woman, but these things are indeed very common regardless of any gender they belong. Abuse can happen to anyone in any form! Gay or straight, white or black, young or old, boy or girl, abuse happens to many people. And there are different kinds! Don’t deny them. There’s sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic abuse, psychological abuse, verbal abuse,financial abuse, and psychological abuse. Unfortunately, not all of these are illegal, but they are valid. If your being abused in any way, tell someone. And keep telling until someone believes you.
