@TruthShallHere Giving someone credit for becoming a better person that is community and country minded is not glorification. It is simply acknowledging another persons growth and achievements. Not too sure where you're coming from with the mistreatment of women comment, but I have never heard of him doing anything foul in regards to women. I'm afraid you're barking up the wrong tree, chief. Show me where he's mistreated women and then I may change my opinion, but until then I'm giving this brother credit for achieving what he has in his life. Wish we had a 100 more community minded brothers out there like him.

honestly it is the norm with people who are tied to two places....its necessary to speak the way you can be understood and recieved based on either of the two environments you are in. why speak with an American accent in Belize and be less relatable also why speak in a Belizean accent in America and not be effective and clear to an audience that finds it non relatable. even that is solid diplomacy

Respect to shyne for never changing up his personality for the money or the fame. He could have took the stand on puff, and got out but hey took his bid like a man. Instead of feeling sorry for himself he took the time to plan his next move, and he walked the main line. For a rapper to walk the line shows he got some street respect. Just like gates he stood on his principals and didn’t back down.

@@ryannowlan3838 You can’t really dispute my point giving very rare and extreme examples. You could make a very apt comparison between kids that make it out of war torn countries (that then go on to make successes of themselves), to somebody winning the lottery. Yes winning the lottery is possible, but the odds are highly stacked against you. Growing up in an environment with so many negative influences and hardships, a lot of young people ultimately end up making the wrong choices in life. Having the ideology that external factors don’t play a significant role in a child’s development is nonsensical and makes you sound out of touch.
