Ja Rule is right, he was one of my favorite artists since middle school and still is. 50 had people disliking him and just like everything else, it went away over time but real and true fans still love Ja and his work. The man is humble, highly talented, and you can tell from everyone that he knows, he's a genuine person. I also applaud Fat Joe since he took up for Ja and even said that people are afraid to go against someone like Ja but did it for the culture and to give his homie the roses he deserves. I hope Ja drops new music soon or in the future. I would love to see him collab with Hov, Ashanti, Joe, and new artists

I was in college the height of Ja / 50 beef. The amount of hate Ja got from everyone was unreal. I was legit the only dude trying to dumb it down for the idiots on what was really going on with Murder Inc and the feds. I defended Ja rule thru and thru. Ja rule is truly a Goat and my favorite artist all time. It’s great to see him get his respect once again.
@SoulOfTheSouth3 жыл бұрын
Same thing with me. I knew something wasn’t right with the 50 & Ja Rule beef until I bought The Source magazine with the article about the Feds taking down Murder Inc during the beef. When I read it, I understood. I wasn’t even a 50 Cent fan. I always fucked with Ja since 99 even though there were certain records that I wasn’t a fan of during 2001-2002 but I still had a lot of respect for him. That Fed shit was real. I was talking to people at my high school about it and they were so much into 50 Cent that they didn’t care and they was rolling 50 anyway.

The stigma is going commercial and being considered soft is really just hidden jealousy from their peers. A lot of rapper would kill to be in the same position of drake and see the type of money he’s touching. Any person who jokes on Ja will probably never have a #1 hits , let alone multiple.
