I try go the at three times a week . In March 8, 2024 I woke sick and a heart attack at 68 years old and had emergency stent for 100% blockage on the left side of my heart. I did Two months of Cardio rehab. But as you said let's hope a better year. Also pray for me my husband of 49 years will undergo spine surgery on January 14, 2025

Watching Chris smile was great. He was enjoying himself. Watching you dance looking at yourself in the mirror, I was cracking up. My late husband and I always worked out…he passed in 2014. He always went to the gym. He was a bodybuilder😊 we were together since we were 15 in high school. I hate the gym I always did. I have a walking pad at home, which I only use when it rains it snows ; I live in Massachusetts . I walk outside six days a week, an hour and a half, except for Sundays that’s my church day and my rest day . I have workout videos four miles plus. I just got my set of 2-18 pound weights. I went up from 15’s by the way, I forgot to mention I am 74 exercise is not new to me. I am 5’ 1 inch and I weigh 103 pounds. I do mindful eating. And did I tell you I am 74😂😂😂😂

Shyvonne I have a question about your first surgery. Why didn't you start going to the gym without having the stomach surgery?? It seems either way you still end up going to the gym to loose the weight.

The only New Year's resolution I have is to stop cursing so much😂 I did get a family membership at the YMCA in December and have not yet been however I do intend to go moving forward at least two to three times a week and take my special needs son with me. I had a stroke and August of 2024 and I do physical occupational and speech therapies trying to lose weight to see if I can reduce medications🎉
