Sia intentionally slurs her words in this song because this song is about her fight with drug/alcohol addiction. she slurs her words as a symbol of her alcohol consumption and how it consumed her and she shouts in the chorus because it's a symbol of her fighting that urge to drink and do drugs. it's extremely powerful. in order to truly appreciate a song like this you have to look deeper
