It was the last song before The Greatest. Even though her vocals were amazing, she was maybe a little bit tired :/ . PD: Chandelier is one of her hardest songs to sing!

I think she was sick because she used the same way to reach the high notes in titanium (the voice performace) in around the same time, she held her voice back (i mean not that open or whatever) and you can hear that she cracked strangely.
