Don't give up! Throw away the scale. Focus on exercise and enjoy how your body adapts. Pick an exercise you enjoy doing and picture doing this for many time. Start with baby steps and increase little by little. Hang out with people that are positive and encourage you to keep reaching your goals. Diets don't work, eat healthy foods as part of a new lifestyle and soon you will not crave junk food. Eventually hard work pays off, just be kind and patient to yourself.

Slushie TV: What were the moments in the movie for you ? For me it was just a plain plot. The only scene which seemed powerful was when Nicole Kidman revealed her adoption story to Saroo. How can anyone not respect the parents who adopted him raised him up ? Cmon ! Who is greater... P4YZE Are you kidding? 😂 Cheap Thrills doesn't at all sounds similar to Never Give Up. Both have different beats, styles and grooves to it. "Never Give Up" has classical Indian music vibes and the drum beats are Bollywood inspired (as being Indian I can tell that easily). Whereas "Cheap Thrills" is a synthpop, bouncy party anthem with electro-pop style. Both have different rhythms. Though the structure is pretty similar but it doesn't count cause nowadays most of the songs have the same structure. Also Sia's songs are always different and unique from those of other mainstream artists' songs that almost sounds similar with those same old beats and lyrics in it. You should blame them first then Sia.

it's hard to overcome it, but it's doable. Trust in God and ask for guidance. Try to get out and walk outside, be with nature. Look up the Wim Hof breathing technique, and practice it. Seek professional help as sometimes you can't do this alone. Medication is not the best solution, try doing it with therapy first. I wish I could give you a hug. Just know that you are not alone.

Sadiya Haque it really is. I'm a guy who never cries but at the end of the movie, me, my brother, and my mom were crying. It really is that beautiful of a movie. It really intensifies your love for your family. This song plays during that beautiful scene also. The one moment in the movie can change your total outlook on life. It really is that inspiring. I never heard of this movie until ray william johnson showed it on his video and wow, it took me seven years to discover this hidden gem. I'm now scared to watch this movie because I know I'm going to cry. Watching The Green Mile in 2021 was powerful for me but this Lion Movie is going to be up there. For I rarely get emotional to Normee Movies but films as this will be a exception. For I better bring tissues before seeing this film indeed.
