Been training for many a decade. Your fighters look sharp af and that pad holding is legit - if you know, you know. You should be proud of the obvious quality coming out of your gym 👌👏.

Great content again Siam. I have recently started Muay Thai. I come from a K1 Kickboxing background. And not been active in a club for quite a long time. So, although reasonably similar. The slight nuances make a HUGE difference! And I know it's gonna take months, or even longer to adjust. I'm from North Kent area. What clubs, if any in that area would you guys recommend? Just wanna make sure I'm doing the right thing and in the right place. Thanks in advance for any feedback. :)

hi thanks for watching. it will always take time to make a transition to a new style but with a good team you will make great progress of switching. im not 100% sure of what gyms are in your area but i would imagine there is a few good authentic muay thai gyms. you could list a few thats local and i may recognise some

@SiamBoxing2 жыл бұрын
some fight around the 80kg mark, and they fight full thai rules with elbows yes. theres quite a few bigger fighters but in general its the smaller weights that seem to be more popular like 63.5kg but the bigger guys need more exposure as some are absolutely amazing and move like they are a lot smaller
@MbisonBalrog2 жыл бұрын
@@SiamBoxing that LHW, Cruiser. I am talking +200lbs HWs. Never seen guys that big throw elbows
@SiamBoxing2 жыл бұрын
@@MbisonBalrog these guys in the video are under that maybe walk around at that but there are a few heavier guys 200+ who fight full Thai rules just doesn’t get the exposure popularity like smaller weights There’s Yassine Boughanem Steve walker, Lyndon Knowles, Steven panda banks, oly yves Roland, mateusz duczmall, Scott Stewart, all around that weight
