I haven't fought in a gym before but its really no brain damage? it looks like they're getting hit hard but might just be me. Like I said I'm not experienced, just curious.
@konkyolife4 жыл бұрын
@@ezralikepie the contact level that these guys are going at I’d say headgear is a good idea, but it looks worse than it is. You’ll notice they purposely hit each other’s gloves and slow down head shots.
@enzocarneiro67484 жыл бұрын
@@ezralikepie it’s a norm to pull your punches to the head to just touch the guy instead of driving your fist trough out contact and it look like this guys are doing this but body shots tend to be at full force
@Tbisrat1234 жыл бұрын
Great gym for sure and awesome spar sessions. It varies with each fighter though. You have a spectrum in there where most do pull punches and some of those that go harder. When you see someones head get snapped back and from experience, you know which fighters are safer to spar with. To say nobody gets brain damage is an ignorant statement. They rack to up to CTE over time.

It's scary,how most of these lads are just "normal" body type build and they possess such an amazing striking skills. Most people on this planet think,that you should be avoiding fights with big muscley guys that look big and scary, but reality is so much different. Mad Respect to all of these guys, one day I'll reach level of your striking skills(I hope so) :-)
