Love the environtment allowing the guys to learn and grow, not working full force. Great work by the coach as well, calling out when guys hit too hard. Amazing. In boxing or at least in all the gyms i've been guys always try to hit the hardest and often in cold 10oz broken gloves. And the coaches don't give a damn.
@SiamBoxing4 жыл бұрын
This is what seperates great coaches and average coaches to be quite honest. A coach should always be there to look out for his team, and coach them tell them when they are doing to much, tell them when they make a mistake. Its all good learning. Its always good when the gym environment makes you want to go back the next day to learn more. Safety, Knowledge, Progression.

Great session! He got tagged with a little right hand at 5:30 and noticeably started going harder on on his partner. Wasn't that hard of a shot but he acted a little pissed. Not the best way to treat your less experienced sparring partner. A bit of a bully move but I don't know their relationship or the dynamics of the gym there. Very tough team and great footage, love the teeps👍

Not a bully move it’s all about respect .... if you want to learn, don’t think because johns taking it so easy that you can get away with any shots that may be your best ,take guidance and learn... the fella looks to me he had no respect johns talent at all...but I bet he did at the end !

@@ebboxing8104 Disagree. The guy wasn't going that hard. At the same time trying his best to give his pro teammate a descent round. Im sure he expected him to block or slip the shot. It so happened to connect. All these guys are tough and can handle it. I'm just not a big fan of that type retaliation. Prefer more of a Saenchai response to things like this. Think its just better for the team as a whole.

Still Rolling .....It’s wasn’t about that fella giving John the work ! It was about giving the fella the experience of being in with someone like John and to learn, look at the other fellas that were in with John ,they all could have gone so much harder and faster and I’m sure they do with each other of the same standard, but they had the respect to not to because it was pointless as he’d have blown them out of there in seconds , I’ve been in gyms where you’ve had bullies and I can honestly say I don’t think that comes close !

@@ebboxing8104 there is absolutely 0 bullying. Sometimes you turn the pressure up to suit each individual sometimes certain guys need that little extra to help them grow. Respect above all else. Thanks for watching mate. 🙏
