Hello, a beautiful cat, I've tried it a few times but it's very demanding. Is there a brush on those little bottles of white ink? I'm from Germany and haven't seen it like this before. Which company is this from?

Its india ink. You can use normal white india ink with a fine point brush or use guache paint or a gel pen.
