@Charles Wetherspoon it does not allow too many takedowns (as a result of repeated defeats against judoka), and it makes no space for ground fighting. So not the most complete at all. (much less than combat sambo or sanda, let alone modern mma).

@@animadverte most complete stand up martial arts in my opinion of course the way you defeat a muay Thai practitioner is to take the fight to the ground but if your are a pure wrestler good luck getting to him without getting kicked to death

@@joshuadavis5899 as much as I love muay thai and consider it the best striking martial art out there, there are plenty of videos of sands fighters vs muay thai fighters, and mostly the thai fighters dominated the exchanges but they were constantly taken down by double legs takedowns. There were some exceptions tho

Jesus lived a sinless life and voluntarily and lovingly died on the cross by taking upon Himself our sin and the wrath of God that His elect deserve. Jesus was buried and resurrected(1 Corinthians 15:1-5) on the third day from the grave- demonstrating His power over sin and death and is seated at the right hand of the Father (Ephesians 1:20-23). Your good works or deeds of the Law are not sufficient. Jesus who is fully God and fully man is the complete and perfect sacrifice. It is not grace plus merit, faith plus works, or even Christ plus unrighteous man that will justify the sinner. As a vile wretch, you can be be justified(declared right before God) by only free grace alone, through faith alone and in Christ alone(Romans 3:28, Ephesians 2:8-9). Will you repent(a change of mind that results in the abandonment of sin and turning to the Lord Jesus Christ) and trust in this unchanging Gospel(Mark 1:15) or will you remain an enemy of God?

a great themed video. fascinating to see how the clinch has evolved over the decades, from the 80s/90s fluid, longer range style with its double plumm, grabing down over the gloves, and hoping knee strikes (a la the ones we practiced hundreds of times after a 2h session), to today's closer range, less fluid style made popular by Petchbunchu and Yowicha. Like ya man Chris says, maybe good to do a comparison video of late 2000s and 2010s style. Stick Yothin in there too!

Because sweeps are now involved in modern day Muay Thai. And every thai fighter can clinch so it will be hard to pull off a swing knee without getting swept on your ass.
