As a long time zookeper,i can say that African lions are taller than tigers (siberian and bengal) on average.But the two largest tiger species are longer than lions,of course on average 😊, thank for nice comparse👍🦁🐅💫.

Nah! The pictures are heavily manipulated and overscaled and the lions at 1:08, 1:20, 2:31 and even the lion in the thumbnail and at 2:25 are young because their ears are visible. So not a fair comparison at all. Apart from all these things the background music was epic.

@@user-is9ug6yw3w Not one scientist or expert has said that. Every thing there is to read or watch states the tiger is the biggest, strongest cat in the world. That is just fact. To deny such overwelming evidence is typical of a lion fanboy though. They lack the education to know this. You being a perfect example of this. This comparison doesn't use real photos of the two standing next to each other, but they are done accurately except most are what a Bengal tiger and lion would look like standing by each other. Siberian tigers are much larger than that. But it is a fact, tigers are generally larger and stronger than lions. Get some education and you will find out.

@@muhammed-yusuf959 What would it matter. Tigers are still larger than crater lions so it wouldn't make a difference. The average size of an African lion is 390 - 440lbs. Average Bengal tiger 450 - 525lbs and Siberian tiger 500 - 600lbs.

ACtually a lions mane isn't an advantage. Tigers have defeated lions in battle much more often than lions have defeated tigers. In fair fights, meaning healthy males of both species, tigers have won 8/10 fights. This is based on history and not some uneducated opinion. Also think about this for a moment. The lions mane heats of the lions head during battle. Wrap your head in 4 towels and go outside and do something as physical as fighting. You will quickly notice your head heating up pretty fast. What happens when your head overheats? Yes your energy levels drop like a rock. It is no different for a lion. Lion fanboys just don't seem to understand the obvious.

The only way to actually show the size difference is having photos of the two actually standing next to each other. All of these, even though look what the size difference is, are photoshopped. They are more like what the Bengal tiger and African lion size comparison looks like. The Siberian tiger is much larger than the lion. The photos are very well done I have to say. But are not real photos of the two standing next to each other. There are some out there. There is a really good video of a Siberian tiger and lion being close by each other that really shows the size difference. It is in a circus act. I had to laugh at one lion fanboy who said it was a dwarf lion. hahahhahahahahahhahahaha still my favorite to this day.

For a Siberian tiger, it is not that uncommon to be that large. Siberian tigers are still the largest and strongest cat in the world. Search a video called, How big do Siberian tigers get. Bengal tigers don't get that big. I mean compared to the Siberian tigers in that video. Bengal tigers can get really big compared to lions no doubt. But still are second among the big cats in size.

@@t74guard78 That proves you are an idiot because THERE ARE NO 650 lbs Siberians out there😂 According to real scientific data, the largest Siberian Tiger since 2010 was only 212kg, the largest Bengal since 2010 was 272kg. The largest Siberian since 2000 was only 252kg while the largest Bengal was 272kg. The largest wild Siberian of all time was only 312kg while the largest Bengal of all time was 389kg.

@@t74guard78 The average weight of Siberian Tigers was only 190kg in a sample size of about 25 while a same size sample of Bengal shows the average weight of Bengals is 221. The MAXIMUM of Siberians is only 212 while the AVERAGE of Bengals is 221kg. Even the average of Bengals is more than the maximum of Siberians.

@@prakharmishra3997 I have already estiblished the 190kg report is incomplete and based on just 21 animals. None of which were full grown males. I already stated about 3 recent cases of very large tracks being found of very large males. One estimated at 700+lbs, a second at 650lbs and a third, which was seen by a local hunter, estimated between 600 - 650lbs. Obviously these three were not taken into account in that incomplete study. Also in captivity, it is common to see a 600+lbs Siberian tiger. Captive animals get larger in captivity because of their steady and healthy diet. But they don't get bigger than their genetics allow them to be. The reason you don't find 600lbs lions in captivity is because their genetics don't allow them to get that big. 600lbs Bengal tigers are out there but much fewer than Siberian tigers because only the truly largest Bengal tigers reach that size. The largest Siberian tigers reach 700+lbs. Captive animals are still a part of the species and therefore are included in with the wild ones. Bottomline is the Siberian tiger is and has been for thousands of years, the biggest and strongest cat on the planet. The Bengal tiger is the second while the lion is the third.
