Actually, wild African cats, and wild European cats are the closest relatives to domestic cats. The African Wild Cat, is the closest living relative to the domestic cat. Tigers and Snow Leopards, are the closest relatives to each other. And tigers are far more distantly related to African/Asian cats like lions, true leopards, and jaguars. And as far as big cats go, domestic cats are more closely related to pumas/mountain lions, than any other big cat.

A Zookeepers job is physically demanding and can be exhausting. I have only volunteered at a zoo part time for school credits, and I know they work hard.
