I like to make my channel diversified to be both educational, and to show how We The People should put our public servants in check. This video may help you win even the smallest of court cases. I am not an attorney or an expert on all things, however draw from these videos what you can and apply it to your case and the laws of your state. A parking violation ticket trial won still saves you money! Portland Oregon Downtown can be the craziest place to drive and park. On this occasion I was in an area where the cross street was closed, so technically the street where I parked was an extension of the curb. The officer showed as evidence in which a delivery truck is parked the same way on the other side of the street, but I was allegedly parked improperly...go figure! This may not be the most action packed video, but hopefully it would be educational and help someone to beat this governmental "robbery".

Hey Tiger, you need to object to officer testifying . She was reading from her citation. The judge should admonish the officer for that action. You have to testify from memory, and if they can't, then they can only briefly review their documents and then place documents aside to resume testimony. Great job 👏 and I love your work.

Looking at the street view the ofc showed. A cross walk line usually extends the complete roadway and is thicker. The white line behind your car, she noted was not a "crosswalk line" but a stop bar for the stop sign! Covering a street that is closed to traffic and I couldn't tell if the other white line was the same, but it looked that way to me. The truck was "obstructing the view" on the other side of the road when the street view car was collecting the image! Hopefully, they didn't get a ticket also if Ofc Savage was on the job! I don't see any road markings designating a crosswalk like is done in other cities and states like the wide white Parallel markings designating where to cross. But as we can tell Portland is a special place.

I wish more people Had the inclination and ability to fight the tickets LEO’s give us. I came across statistics that said only 5% of people fight their tickets, regardless of how they felt about the infraction. I would love to see what would happen to the court system if we could get 20% or 30% of people to fight their tickets. Maybe this would be a disincentive for so many tickets being written. If it cost the government more to prosecute them, then they brought in from fines.

Agreed, but if the ticket is less than I make in a day at work I would just pay the bullcrap ticket....Sometimes fighting it in court could even cost multiple days of work missed....Also in DuPage County Illinois the scumbag corrupt judges almost NEVER rule against a cops traffic ticket even with clear and convincing evidence showing the ticket or infraction is baloney
