Does this have double zips for the 360 mesh and canvas? or do u have to only have one or the other zipped up?

Hello, from your experience, how do these tents fare against heavy wind and heavy snowfall? (Protech versions)

Hi! I have to say that I was quite surprised how well these tents hold up. When I was living in it I experienced storms with wind gusts of up to 90 km/h. Tent fly I had set up in front got ripped apart but the tent itself withstood without problems. Just make sure you have the door closed :-) Also with snow its no issue, two days ago we had 50cm of snow in a day and it held up well. But I think it's still a good idea to brush the snow of from time to time especially when it's getting warmer and starts to melt. Or also when you have a stove in the tent and heat it. Wet snow is way heavier.

and make sure that the lines are all tight. When they are loose things start flapping around and cause way more stress on the material.

​@@MyNorthernStory Thanks a lot for your answer! At first I was trying to find a manufacturer/seller of North American cabin-style wall tents in Europe but couldn't find one. All I could find was tents in this style, and CanvasCamp seems to be the leader in this field. Upon doing some further research I'm now realizing that these tents are even better than traditional wall tents when it comes to wind and snow. All the better! Actually I contacted them and they just told me that they're going to introduce wall tents to their catalog this year, it will be interesting to see how they look and compare to this style of tent.
