I like how this story not only tells a good story but also uses the comments appearing to the character as a way to show the bias of society. I also like how this story addresses how men absolutely like that just as easily as women because it's not a gender specific thing to be that sort of person. Hello listeners.. I like to share my confusion in this story..hobart is 18 yrs old heather is 16 yrs old n ella is 18 yrs old ... How did they assume Heather n ella were switch. . During earthquake madam gave birth to ella but was switch by hobart parents and heather was born after 2 yrs...it didn't state any accident or incident happen during heather's birth.. So they were sure heather was their biological daughter. Just stating

I think earlier it was mentioned that, because Ella was a girl so the Dromgool family thought that Heather was the one who got exchanged... But later Ella asked for Heather's age and Heather said that she was 16,then Ella said that she was 18. So, then the conclusion came that since Hobart was 18 then Ella and Hobart were the one who got exchanged... 7:24

Ella looked younger due to the lack of proper nutrition & she’s a girl so they assumed that the hospital mistakenly switched her with Heather. It was only after they realised her age that they figured it was due to the earthquake. Due to the earthquake there were a lot of women in labour so the babies got switched in the chaos. They don’t mention the earthquake till they realise her age & then they put it together. Hope this clears it up for you 😊
