I'd love to see you take a crack at creating a classic Queenslander style of home from Australia. Queenslanders are designed for ideal indoor-outdoor living due to being in a tropical climate. There are some incredible floorplans available. I think it would make for an interesting challenge 😊

I love this house! It’s so versatile and could be used for any type of a generational gameplay. That’s all I do now is generational gameplay so perfect for me and one of my many save fi 1les! I love the idea of this being set as a rental lot instead of full-time residential - when I play legacy families I love to send all the family away together on holiday every now and then, I think something like this would be perfect. Especially if you added some "holiday home" items, like a BBQ, bar and maybe a games table for all ages in the attic area!

share houses are so interesting! if you wanted to do another, it could be fun to do one for a family in which a divorced but very amicable couple chooses to share a house with their shared kids and new partners+kids! maybe they divorced bc they both realized they were queer (the first time i ever heard of a share house, it was in that situation)!

The footprint of this house is awesome. I sort of live in a situation like this. My adult daughter and her son live in one room and my elderly mother lives in an apartment in our basement LOL My house is not this cute!

You should build a house thats disability accessible! i was kinda thinking like, stuff for a dog with less floor clutter so maybe it's either wheelchair accessible or accessible for a blind sim? if you do blind sim, having like fun textured items instead of colorful?

i know this doesn’t sound very different from a townhouse/apartment building build but maybe you could do a duplex? like some friends who move into a duplex so they have their individual homes but share the back and front yard spaces? i’ve seen that on tiktok recently and thought it was interesting. also maybe a house with an in-law suite for a grandparent

i really like this reshade wou use, it's so subtle but color looks so much better! But when I wanted to download it there was a popup and it says it can damage my computer. I freaked out and stoped downloading:(

is there a trick to getting the roof pieces to line up between a lower level and a higher level to create the "inside the roof" rooms? whenever i try to do it, it's always off by a little bit and doesn't look like one piece.
