You know, I'd LOVE to see a home with a 'conversation pit' - I've always loved the style of them, but was born too late to get to enjoy them! I love the sunken-comfy-couch vibe though! (I bet the dream home decorator couches would work well in a conversation pit). And you know, I always wondered if these sims were based on a show! I caught a lot of the references in TS3, but in 4 I've missed a few. xD

I love how this turned out! It was so fun on Twitch, especially since the kitten makes appearances. But the finishing touches on this really make the build! The sunken conversation pit is so common in this kind of home.

Zoe Patel story from my own gameplay. When I first got Laundry Day Stuff, Zoe was the first sim I married. She had just had a baby and they'd gotten married recently as well. I had no idea that warm laundry gave a playful moodlet and when she went to take a shower, she came out hysterical and died right in front of her baby. I tried to get my sim home in time to plead, but it was no good. She was my first ever death by laughter. Now I am super careful with the laundry.

Amazing as always from you! I'd love to see some sort of rich person country club/horse club on that 64x64 lot in brindleton bay! I have yet to see anyone really bring horses to this world and I think it would be such a fun idea!

The Roomies should feel blessed to have you redo their house!! It looks so much better!! That’s honestly my only complaint about townies, their homes (due to pack constraints, etc) are not that great! It did improve a lot once the community was invited to build for upcoming expansions and that, but there’s still so many little details that are missing because of various reasons.

1st, New Girl is the best. Schmidt is my absolutely favorite and Winston is second. I don't play sims so when I saw the title of the video I was hoping it was one of those 'oh they were just roommates' situations whenever historians explain homosexuals from history. Like the whole "they never married or had children but had a long term roommate of the same sex and gender) ... now I want something like this for you to build but in like a Victorian house like it was built and currently in that time or just part of the houses history lol. Plus! I would love to see you create the loft apartment in New Girl

I love this build and had to download it immediately into my game so that the Roommates could have a new home. Did you know that they can’t use the bathroom sink? I did some troubleshooting and discovered that the outside brink inlay in the ground was the culprit. Removed it and viola, they can use the sink. Hope that helps! 😅😊

Make it bigger, I wouldn’t live with 3 other roommates with only one bath. One one makes the builds actually big enough for what you made it for.
