I did message you again with another recipe that I would like to see if your Mom can show us how to make - spaghetti Milanese? Thank you so much. My sister-in-law (whom I miss so much!!) used to make these fig cookies every Christmas and I never knew how to make them but I love them. Oh ya these are definitely required and appreciated in our family. I remember us ladies gathering at a Sicilian friend’s house. She make the coffee then grind in a grinder the figs. Happy Tuesday my dears!! Hope you have a great day today and keep the goodies coming! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Well, we are almost to Christmas - and I just made two more batches of the vanilla and chocolate crinkle cookies on Sunday - of course they are half gone now. Nothing lasts long in my house - especially if it's sweets! 😂😂😂😂 This Thursday I have to make two Ethiopian Cinnamon Breads - one to take to my opthamologist's office Friday morning - the girls wait every 4 weeks to see what I'm bringing them for breakfast! 😂😂😂😂 It varies from breakfast pizza to sausage, eggs and potato cassarole, to pound cakes and now this cinnamon bread. It truly is delicious - just like cinnabons!! So, I'm sure I'll get a big thumbs up from the girls in the office and of course my eye doctor, who is just great! I go every four weeks for a shot in my left eye - because of a slight stroke I almost lost my eyesight, but he saved my eye!!! Well, enough of that nonsense!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Right now I'm making a rustic bread - still waiting for another hour of rising time then shape the loaf heat the oven and bake the bread!!! You two special Ladies have a wonderful time baking together - I love that you and your Mom are so close. My daughter and I are close as well, and I'm close to my son Joe - but my kids just don't get along! What's a mother to do!!! Anyway, Ladies, sending you lots of hugs and love!!!
