Same here, my dad has a black and gold 77 that looks like the car from the movie but it's got 17' rims, the suspension is lower, and it's got an ls1 in it. I've driven it before and I'm actually kinda scared of it because it's so fast lol. My dad says when he dies that the car is mine, I really dont want to think about him dying but if he does I'll carry on his legacy and drive the car like he wants me to.

I use to have a 76 formula 400 and an 86 trans am with T-Tops with a monster V8. I miss my firebirds. :( My junkyard 2001 Dodge Durango I got screwed on when I purchased it, has been a nightmare and now the motor is needing an overhaul. It doesn't even have the original motor. I found out after buying it... it has a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L engine in it and they lied to me about the engine being "rebuilt". I wish I could afford a firebird again. I miss working on them. Things were so much easier back in the day.

I had one just like it back in the day. But mine was black with every options. 403 Oldsmobile motor T-tops power everything. The Car Was killer but you had to the baby them those cars were very delicate cars. When the hit 60000 miles. The car started to Fall Apart. When the car hit 80 Thousand Miles i had to sell it and I bought an IROC and I grew a mullet. LOL.

The Trans Am was Beautiful , No doubt about it, but ! That big Block 455 was just to damn Heavy, 🏁 Period, V-8 made a lot of noise Burned a lot of rubber with that Super Charger high-Performance kit. But by the time, that Trans am got grip and out the gate 🚦those other little soup up cars was already at the end puttin' they car on the trailer counting their winnings 💰💸pullin' out the yard. thanks for sharing 🏁🎭🏞️
