Well it was a good idea for a story line, but clue #1 was when he not once moved his head towards the nurse. Clue #2 was when he turns to see brother and has no facial reaction and no tears. Clue #3 was when he hugs brother and you see he is fully clothed under that gown. This was a skit for sure. Boy needs some acting lessons. No doctor would have him remain clothed for surgery.
