Sick Elder Struggles With Health Issues And Has No Help With His Extremely Overgrown Yard! Mr.Ulrich is a Fort Pierce elder and blue collar worker, working hard everyday in the agriculture field. He has received numerous complaints from the city due to his overgrown yard which he does not have the finances, strength nor time to maintain by himself. He has tried mowing his lawn himself in the past while also trying to clear land and has had few heart attacks while trying to do so to avoid a fine. Alot of people dont understand that being fined by the city is not an easy thing to deal with. It can lead to court dates and possibly losing your property if you cannot manage to maintain it to the cities liking. Mr.Ulrich's neighbors have tried helping but there's only so much that they can do. The last time Mr.Ulrich's yard had been worked on was 3yrs ago. He has managed to keep the front yard from growing to a ridiculous height but the backyard is another story. We successfully transformed Mr.Ulrich's front yard but finishing the backyard has been rough. We have dealt with horrible weather, the holidays and now we are here to finish the job! As I was watching you AP, I was thinking that your parents did a wonderful job bringing you up. You have a strong work ethic. That’s what youngsters today are missing. It’s great that you play ball with the young guys. Get them involved with the work you are doing. Even if they can spare an hour helping with the yards, it would help them too in long run. That yard looks great AP. 👏It’s near unbelievable that you did all that work with basic tools and hard labor! Mr. Ulrich looked so happy. He said he hadn’t been back there for 3 years, but it looks like a great place for him to sit, soak up sunshine like you said, relax his body and mind, hopefully making his body stronger. Yet another fantastic clean up and lawn transformation. I can't say it enough how nice it is to watch how you clean up and rake up all the clippings and leave the yard looking great, I only wish that some of your colleagues did the same. I'm not sure that these other so-called professionals even know what a rake is.
