@Saumya Sinha But then, just having a degree doesn't mean u r a good engineer or doctor or anything! Anyway, Even this person is educated enough to lead a better life as per his/her capability!, he/she isn't illiterate to the very least! U should know that most or substaintial part of the engineers in India r first generation engineers especially from parental background of illiterates or lower class work type! But in professions like doctor, most of the them have either parental background of doctors or good class work type, etc..U see the difference in education level of the parents in these two professions, etc.. More engineers r mainly due to it's far relatively economic to study engineering than medical, be it government or private or international or other! But I bet that the next generation from them, be it engineer or whatever, it will be a reckoning force!

But here the important point is to note that the first girl who used the word" yaah " standing on the witness box is not permissible in an open court. This is a very important point to remember that the informal words like yaah , gonna , wanna etc are restricted to use in an formal environment . So these type of words must not be used in an open court otherwise the judge may get angry and scold you in the open court very badly. And one point to note that instead of using the word "ok " we must use the word" alright " in the open court.

She dealt with the whole scenario very intelligently and humbly. Her confidence and the choice of words to express her intention and thoughts is absolutely brilliant. She exhibited some sort of genius performance. I am incredibly impressed by her face gestures and how she handled her body language to suit the words and situation. Everyone showed good performance, yet it was her choice of words and confidence that made her appear more brilliant than others. Respect for you ma'am!
