You can google it! Sicily and malta were part of Ifriqiya (Ifriqiya is the ancient name of Tunisia) (after the fall of Carthage empire, Tunisia was called Roman Africa or Africa Proconsularis then arabized to Ifriqiya) and sicilian and maltese arabic is similar to Tunisian arabic, today every Tunisian is able to understand the maltese language without learning anything since we share quite a good common vocabulary, even in insulting we use the same expressions!! Sicilia has descendants of Tunisian and Greek population, NO levantine there NO Palestine NO syria, you have neither historical nor geographical links with Sicily!

These are the lyrics that I can hear in Arabic, but it's not very clear because of the echo effect in the song and the pronunciation. I'm guessing the language in this song is the now defunct Sicilian Arabic (the closet match to this no-longer existing language would be present-day Maltese language): Allaho yahdi 3an kol shayin Ta3ala lirabika.
