He's put his stamp on this team, and his team-building philosophy, his personal management style, and his hockey ideology has been fully implemented. We're seeing the results, and somehow I don't think this will be fixed by allowing the same guy who built this team free reign to also try to 'fix' it. It's the team building philosophy that needs to change here, not any one individual player. Until MTL stops artificially handicapping itself, this nonsense will continue.
