When i am running the following code (sns.countplot(calories_data['Gender']) it gives the comment as follows. could not convert string to float: 'male' I even downloaded and attempted using your colab file also. you can build it easily. write the predictive system code as a function. include "input" function in your function to get the data from users. you can also try to do the deployment part.

Hi! This happens sometimes with xgb Regressor. Try different Regression models, or add feature names to your test data similar to the training data. That should work.

Another great video! 1).Converting text data into numerical values- Is that encoding you are doing? Can I use LabelEncoder for all cases. 2).After using calories_data.replace(), there is no change in the dataset. Also I am not getting an error.

hi! did you get the order of the features that the model is getting? if the error message shows the order of the features, use data in that order. we often get this problem with xgbregressor

you can save the Colab file as .py file. there's an option for it in the "file" menu in Google colaboratory. or you can copy the codes and put together in a python file using some python interpreter like Spyder or pycharm
