I like your honesty...I suffer too, every day I'm wrapped in darkness, and I have to choose to surrender to the light, again and again and again. People like to not tell about the darkness they go through, but it's important to keep it real and honest, because maybe the darkness never leaves us for good. Maybe challenges in life never stop. But it's about integrating that with the light and trusting the process. I wish you peace and love my friend.

Why are you in tears? It's just my perception which is my mental state at that point. I respect the neutrality and Eckhart Tolle mostly vibrates in the neutral state. I enjoy deep peace and when the space is vibrating on neutrality my meditation gets excited effortlessly with ease and grace. I just love that feeling that's all. I am not talking about Eckhart Tolle as a person. I mean energy. Being is energy. I've used the word "being", not his name. Once again, I have great respect for neutrality as it is the beginning of unconditional love. Since you replied to my comments, I am sure we are a frequency match. Thus, you are vibrating in a neutral state at the time.

Great stuff from eckhart lately, I sense that he realizes he can turn it up a notch or two given the extreme state of humanity at this time. What may also be helpful with “burning the ego in the fire” analogy is to realize this isn’t just spiritual mumbo jumbo, this is borne out by many neuroscience research studies on the effect of meditation (as well as psychedelics) on the default mode network. When you allow the fire to burn, however unpleasant the agony may be, you are literally healing and rewiring/unwiring neural networks in your brain. This is the road to “enlightenment”, spiritually and scientifically.

" If you don´t escape, if you allow the suffering to be there, if you are ready to face it, if you are not trying somehow to forget it, then you are different. Suffering is there but just around you; it is not in the center, it is on the periphery. It is impossible for suffering to be in the center; it is not in the nature of things. It is always on the periphery and you are the center. So when you allow it to happen, you don´t escape, you don´t run, you are not in a panic, suddenly you become aware that suffering is there on the periphery as if happening to someone else, not to you, and you are looking at it. A subtle joy spreads all over your being because you have realized one of the basic truths of life, that you are bliss and not suffering."

Dear Eckhart Tolle, thank you for this message of love. It enabled me to give myself the permission to let go of past trauma and to forgive the “perpetrators” because the suffering created led me to awaken from the egoic dream. My awakening brought forth my love for myself, the Creator and all creations. It took me 6 years of spiritual learning and practice to open my heart fully, to truly love without any conditions and to have compassion for others. My suffering did serve me well. Blessings to you.

God is always there, it’s us that do not focus on the light and turn away from him, today is the day to start to walk the way of the Lord and focus on what really matters eternal life with God and the ones we love nothing else matters.

After I awakened, I was surprised that suffering can still exist within me. Not the feeling of being swept away by it, in the river (as an analogy), but rather watching the river flow by from the banks. Or observing a drawing of a river. An example of suffering now might be, seeing others unconsciously suffer, deeply, and feeling a desire to help because watching the suffering causes a sliver of suffering within. So small that my unconscious egoic self would have never recognize it as suffering.

I spend every day now in what you may call repentance, and I am working toward forgiving myself. I see that at the same time I was consciously acting out of love to help people, and know I was not a monster or someone who wanted to cause harm. Through conscious and spiritual growth I can forgive myself. I hope that we as humans can all grow through suffering and learn to love and forgive one another and ourselves.
