I have the indie version of this amazing oracle deck. Today, I received an email from MJ indicating that the new pocket edition called Crow Redux-Pocket Oracle was available to pre-order on MJ's website. I immediately pre-ordered the pocket deck, which now includes 78 cards instead of the original 54 cards, and will come in a sturdy box. 😊❤❤❤

I prefer the indie from looking at this video, with the cards being more zoomed out to you get a fuller picture. But glad there is a mass-market version for us (including me) who missed out on the indie one..

I like the indie deck better ♥️ It gives you a wider perspective in the pictures, and I actually like that the colors are a little more muted.

I have the mass market deck, but man I would LOVE to get ahold of the Indy version. Thanks for showing us the differences! I agree with you about the light and shadow of the deck...and I have used it for journaling as well (I journal all my personal readings). I have the Guardian of the Night Tarot as well as the Grimalkin's Curious Cats Tarot. LOVE MJ's decks! ❤

I have the Indie deck and just ordered her expansion deck. I love to support Mj and her work and buy almost exclusively from her site. I did get the Grimalkin deck from Hay house out of curiosity ( I already had the indie deck) but this was before her problems with them. I had to get Wise Dog and Crow tarot from US games because it was the only place to find them. I'm sad there isn't as much in the guidebook because I love her insights and wisdom but I understand as it was one of her first indie decks. The ones she has out since are far more wordy.

thanks for showing this! i'm liking the indie deck more i think.... i like the no numbers, and the darker crows, and the words fading in with the image better. but, they are both great. she is a great artist, really captures the meanings so well.

I have a serious deck addiction. Thursday I went and bought two decks (one of them was actually her Guardian of the Night Tarot) and every day after work I walk into our local book shop to check if they have any new decks that I don’t have already and that I want. Today they had this oracle deck and I just had to get it! 😅🎉

I came on to see the difference in the indie and MM I have the Indie but I kinda like having numbers on the card and the matte card stock but I do love the one I have it’s just the slippie 😂card stock Thanks for the comparison!!

Yes. Hence why I stay clear of the shops that sell decks. I can’t help myself. I think YT doesn’t help with this either as I then see a deck and normally want it. I’m getting better but definitely my collection is getting out of hand

Thanks for this! I wanted to order an Indie version, but sadly my country isn't on many shipping lists, so my only option was the mass market version. I really wish I had never seen the beautiful Indie version, I can't understand why those changes, it's really disappointing.. at least there's the guidebook...
