Hi Aya! I always love hearing Milo. He’s quite chatty! Have you considered putting sealants on your teeth? Your insurance probably won’t cover it, it’s usually covered for children only but it might be something worth discussing with your dentist and find out the cost to work into your budget if it’s a good preventative option. I had my daughter’s teeth sealed when she was a child, she’ll be 39 this year and has never had a cavity! Good luck! ♥️

My brother has the same difficulty with his teeth, and he pays for a cleaning at 3 months in between the 6 month ones that insurance covers, and he said that helps a lot with preventing the cavities.

I feel your pain with the dentist! They always say I have the cleanest teeth at cleanings with nothing to hardly clean off, but because I have super tight spacing in my mouth, I'm prone to cavities. Oh well. You do what you can do!
