Hello Elia....Thank you for your recommended exercise routines...I have been practicing middle splits from 1 month ago and I still can't do it,so what would you recommend if I don't have weight to push my knee (frog stretch)??

Thank you so much! Congrats for your commitment! Stick to the plan and enjoy the journey without letting slow progress stop you from reaching your goals. I would change the exercise for other ones as the frog stretch is effective when done with the weights. Some un-weighted exercises may work best in this case.

Hello Elia, thank you for your advices. When I stretch on the seated tailor pose, I feel a little pain on my left ball joint ( heaps joint) how can I overcome this. I have had never a broken bone or leg or heap. Unfortunately I have training for many years with weights and I have neglected the stretching. PS I am 42 years old and I want for the first time in my life the side splits to master. Thank you in advance

Hey mate! Try the stretch with a pillow under your feet and see how it goes. It should reduce the pain. Please keep me posted. Elia.

Elia thank you for these. I have been doing the frog stretch (which i love!) regularly and I have seen progress. The last one is a new one for me, so I shall definitely be including this to my practice also 🙏🏽

Thank you for the tips and great tutorial. Subsribed! I always just stretched in the split position but will deff incorporate these. Is it possible to make tutorial like this for panckake and front splits also?
