Actually the question of getting it on 30 days is the reason why im here, at 22cm on the floor of getting it I mean, its bullsh*t like you say, but for many it was a great way to mislead people and getting they to try and beign more flexible, still...im mad that not only 1 but many tried to fool on the same way but i guess it was a weird trend Gotta say, im making good progress, from the beggining of january im now im such a good spot because i've left leg day in order to improve flexibility...i mean its bad to not do leg day but im just doing the flexibility routine everyday so i can make good progress with some sacrifice behind Gotta stay on the grind guys

Coach! THIS video unlocked it for me! I did the first and second exercises in this video. They really got me to ACTIVATE a rounded upper back while sucking my abs into my back, squeezing my glutes and forcing that posterior pelvic tilt with hip extension. I tried a freestanding handstand after the exercises and I held the most solid 10 sec handstand ever! The balance was EASY!! The HARD part was holding my form tight in a straight line. I can not wait to keep progressing in my journey!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🤙
