Oh my gosh, the pressing away. So glorious. Thank you. I searched for a yoga side body stretch video, after feeling it in my sides from a ballet workout yesterday, and this is beautiful. I am high as a kite. Namaste.

Hi Nora, I'm new to your channel, I did this exercise for the first time and it felt amazing! However, I felt some pain in my shoulder (I have slight hypermobility in my shoulder joints), is that normal if I haven't been to a yoga class in a while and I mostly work out at the gym?
