@@cucumber_999 as long as u hit it with the front side(the sharp side) of the shin then you will be 90% fine and the bat will easily break, but if u hit it with the flat side(the sides of ur shins) then thats where you'll get seriously injured, im a black belt in taekwondo and this is the first thing that most tkd instructors will tell u when u start tkd, fyi i have never injured or broke my tibia bone or any bones in my body except for dislocating my ankles during sparing (i tried to do a jumping kick and wasnt aware of my footings and yea it was gruesome)

Step 1: have extremely conditioned shins from years of kickboxing
@samuelbenjji
@samuelbenjji 2 жыл бұрын
You can’t condition you shins you can only give your self nerve damage so that you don’t feel the pain anymore the only way to actually make your bone more dense is by building muscle in your calf which would make your bone more dense the conditioning you see is actually j men getting battle ready giving themselves nerve damage so that they can take out the mental inhibitions.

@@samuelbenjji oh yeah, i guess bones do not get damaged, it's only mental and pain, that's pure bullshit, conditioning your shins focuses around bone micro-fractures which body rebuilds stronger, pretty much same principals as muscular hypertrophy. Just look at every fighters knuckles, they're much bigger and harder than average joe's.
@dhedge9418

yeah that can be a scary feat to accomplish because if you don't smash through it then you are going to be hurt. You have to have that momentum to plow right through but if it stops you it might as well be a brick wall he's kicking.

Very nice, gg wp very good kick. On another note there was a time when I watched kickboxing regularly the best time K1 times. Watched the greats fight: Hoost, Aerts, Cro cop, Hari, Buakaw, Petrosyan... the list goes on but you get the point. Tate is called a world champion of which there are many, he might have been a good fighter but can't hold a candle to the true champions of his time. The names I mentioned fought in different weight classes. Let me name one true champion of around Tate's weight, Tyrone Spong they were active at the same time. If those two had fought when tate was in his prime I have no doubt about the outcome, Tate would be outclassed heavily. He could still have won because it's a fight and one good hit can end it all. I don't mind Tate as a person, think he's pretty funny and quite clever but this 'world champion' business is a very relative affair.

True world champs at the time? his 90kg enfusion belt is 100% legit. I don’t rate his full contact titles at all but his enfusion belt made him elite in the division.

If mighty joe would have done that to a wooden bat not only would the bat not have not splintered into 1000000 ledless pencils,but no tree would have grown in this world for 40 generations starting from the last child born as the first pencil struck the ground.

If this looks easy to you, get you a nice Louisville slugger hickory bat and you try it.
