Step 1: have extremely conditioned shins from years of kickboxing
@samuelbenjji2 жыл бұрын
You can’t condition you shins you can only give your self nerve damage so that you don’t feel the pain anymore the only way to actually make your bone more dense is by building muscle in your calf which would make your bone more dense the conditioning you see is actually j men getting battle ready giving themselves nerve damage so that they can take out the mental inhibitions.

Very nice, gg wp very good kick. On another note there was a time when I watched kickboxing regularly the best time K1 times. Watched the greats fight: Hoost, Aerts, Cro cop, Hari, Buakaw, Petrosyan... the list goes on but you get the point. Tate is called a world champion of which there are many, he might have been a good fighter but can't hold a candle to the true champions of his time. The names I mentioned fought in different weight classes. Let me name one true champion of around Tate's weight, Tyrone Spong they were active at the same time. If those two had fought when tate was in his prime I have no doubt about the outcome, Tate would be outclassed heavily. He could still have won because it's a fight and one good hit can end it all. I don't mind Tate as a person, think he's pretty funny and quite clever but this 'world champion' business is a very relative affair.
