I live in NC and a lot of neighborhoods here have a home owners Association you have to pay each to be a member of. They have rules you have to follow and noise levels are one of those rules most of the time,along with other often many rules as small as where and how many cars you can park in your driveway. If your to fell in following some of these rules they will fine you or if it happens often they can force you to but that’s manly for people who rent there house. Most the time it just goes as far as a fine.

The difference with noice complaints in the us especially with de baby. All he has to do is pay the $1,000 fine and then it’s good. Him being that rural it doesn’t matter. I’ve had bachelor party in West Virginia where the fine was gonna be $250 and if you paid it cool. Depending on the area they only site you once and then your good. Granted we did get sited at 2 am so they may double up but still. There’s no other repercussions after that
