All you have to do is believe that Jesus was real, turn from your wrong doings, and start living your life by the Bible! That’s it! So yes, this is a get out of jail free card, Even robbers, gangsters, etc can make it to heaven if they turn their life around and follow Jesus! For those wondering, Yea, The “bends” (Built up nitrogen in your blood) does occur when scuba diving whilst breathing compressed air underwater due to thee pressure difference. However during free diving where you hold your breath for extended periods of time, the air you breathed at the surface was under surface pressure and therefor does not lead to a nitrogen build up in your blood causing bends. Also a physicist here - the leafblower thing would of course not work. Newtons 3rd law: a force will have an equal force going in the opposite direction. Blowing the air out of the leafblower would push the guy backwards (compare this to a rocket engine or jetpack). The same force and energy pushing the guy backwards will partially hit the umbrella (some energy lost due to turbulence and also some air missing the umbrella) giving a smaller forward force once the air reaches the umbrella. It would be a net force backwards on the guy not forwards. The easiest thing to do would just be throwing away the umbrella and just direct the leaftblower backwards, then try it with low friction in the tires.

To answer your “how do you keep track of where you are when doing all the spins in gymnastics”, I used to compete for gb trampolining and did gymnastics as well, you don’t focus your brain on all the spins in the skill (otherwise you would get dizzy and confused) you focus on your body positioning and your landing more which is how you know where you are and what you’re doing, once you’ve learnt a skill, you know how it should feel to do it properly and when to finish the move, so your brain focuses more on your landing so you’re in a good position for the next skill you’re performing, kinda hard to explain unless you’ve done it / experienced gymnastics at a high level but that’s the best I got, hope it helps!

@Zaneandbasicretriappl2 жыл бұрын
Lmao have u seen the inner surface of the umbrella,, all this will defend of the air flow direction and its speed of the surrounding air,,and since the surface of the umbrella is curve so the air resistance will be negligible and defending on the power at which the blower is blowing out the air ofcourse it would move forward, if there was some resistance than sure but his on a skate board while has roller wheel and it will minimize the resistance force due to friction , henceforth since the resisting forces acting on the system is minimised then with enough power the system will move in the direction of the air flow ,,if the resistance forces acting on the system were there then it won't work ,, if u blow air into a leaf then does it not move on the direction of flow of air ,,same case here because the resistance is not much

@@Pinhead___Larry A boat with a sail is a completely different situation because the wind would be an external force. Whereas the he's holding the left blower so the leaf blower is an internal force. I think the main thing with the leaf blower is it has to push out enough air to counteract the drag the umbrella causes plus the weight addition adding to the friction between the wheels and the ground, so either its strong ass leaf blower or hes going in the same direction as the wind or hes on a downwards incline
@christianlinneman42872 жыл бұрын
But in the situation with the umbrella and leaf blower, the air coming out of the leaf blower would push the man backwards. If he didn’t have the umbrella and was just blowing the leaf blower then the skateboard would travel backwards. The forces backwards force of the leaf blower and the forward force of the umbrella would equal out because they are both acting on the same weight.
@nivkaro7712 жыл бұрын
Harry is right, because of Newton’s third law, even though technically the air does have a force sending him forward there is an equal force that is pushing him backwards which means he won’t move. I think Harry is right with the leafblower thing coz as the air from leafblower is pushing the umbrella forward it is also pushing the man holding the leafblower backwards coz Newton said so. Correct me if am wrong tho Edit: maybe I am wrong not sure if correct but something I found on reddit: "Physics major here, but not very confident in my abilities. If the umbrella was able to absorb the oncoming air, momentum would balance and the skateboard wouldn't move, right? But it doesn't; it reflects the air, which results in twice as much momentum being imparted on the umbrella which pulls the system forward." Edit 2: i have spent way more time on this than i should have but yeah Harry was right, even if a little push is acquired (because of randomness of air pressures and all) it ain't possible for that much speed Edit 3: did some more research (reading random articles on internet) and have concluded that vikk was right (pls be right this time). But if someone can explain it to me, why my boy Newton failed me here?

Vik is wrong, for each force there must be an equal and opposite force. The leaf blower would provide a force backward since you are blowing air out forward and the umbrella would provide a force forward by resisting the forward flow of air backward, assuming the force of resisting the air from the leaf blower on the umbrella is the same as the force of the leaf blower backward he would stay still because the forces cancel out (Newton’s third law) Also it would make more sense for him to move backward since the umbrella can’t provide more force than what is applied by the leaf blower on the umbrella since not all of the air particles will collide perfectly with the umbrella, so technically the force of the leaf blower is more than that of the umbrella and the resultant force would be backward (Law of conservation of energy) Well done Harry

Literally sailing a boat is the same concept as the leaf blower with an umbrella
@rockyp88692 жыл бұрын
In the leaf blower and umbrella one, there's no way it helps him to move, the force on the umbrella forwards is always balanced by the backthrust of the blower on the man,making it a system. If the blower was not attached to the man, then it could have moved
@bokoyolo24522 жыл бұрын
Ur wrong. The umbrella pushes it forwards slowly so as vik said that the man got a small push and then he kept moving. Here is proof kzbin.info/www/bejne/jKu2eH6ldpx2q9U

Lol, what u said is bullshit. blower on the man has fuel inside which provides energy to go forward(by blowing to umbrella it creates force towards he is going direction). So apparently it should move forward by a speed depending how strong is his blower and how much/type of fuel it has...

Oh so you were fully aware that although this is not analogous to wind in the sails of a boat or a person walking with an umbrella being pulled by the wind, this is (according to the source Vik put in the comments) similar to reverse thrusters and is therefore real? if so, I am impressed with your knowledge. I studied physics and was sure Harry was right. Fair play

Harry is correct - this was an example in a physics lecture recently. The leaf blower would provide a force from the air particles, however this would propel the person backwards and nothing close to the speed achieved in the video. The umbrella would not change the result in the slightest because the air particles from the leaf blower are still hitting other air particles with the same mass and acceleration and hence the same force. This is unlike a sail boat as the wind is an external force not provided by the moving object for a sail boat.

@phililppe63542 жыл бұрын
i am studying physic and mathematic and Harry is right !! 9:42 force vectors would delete each other making the net force 0 and even if there is some difference in the net force (because this is not a fully closed system and caused by the ambarella surface area) , the force will not be enough to push a heavy guy at this speed. i would argue that the leaf blower is doing 5 - 10 percent of the work , the rest in due to other factors.

The leaf blower in this case acts as an internal force which cannot provide acceleration to the system An external force is requires to provide acceleration 😃 Harry is absolutely right
@myname-mz3lo2 жыл бұрын
nope we did this in school in science class. if he pointed the leaf blower backwards it would propell him like a jet engine works .. so pointing it forward with the umbrella changing the direction of the wind back works....
@cooki61122 жыл бұрын
@@myname-mz3lo yeah but there’s minimal air being pushed back by an umbrella which cannot efficiently push back the most air, so with the weight of the man, leaf blower and skateboard it most likely wouldn’t provide enough force to move the man no? I agree that if you point it back or use a more efficient shape to direct the air it would work but surely not with just an umbrella
@myname-mz3lo2 жыл бұрын
@@cooki6112 as long as the wind is strong enough even if it isn't efficient the force will be enough for acceleration... a weak leaf blower wouldn't work but a modern one could make you fall over if it was pointed at you. parachutes work. this is like if you made the wind faster Than your fall. it would lift you. look it up

It takes place at Aranmula, near Sri Parthasarady Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and Arjuna in Pathanamthitta district of Kerala State. Its more of a ritual conducted on the birthday of Arjuna, than a race event. The snake boats move in pairs to the rhythm of full-throated singing and shouting watched by an exciting crowd. The reason free divers can go so deep and come back up immediately is because they take their final breath at normal atmospheric pressure. As soon as they start diving the pressure in their body remains the same, whereas divers on oxygen tanks continuously change the pressure in their body with the pressure of the water. If that doesn't make sense sorry I can't help anymore that's my understanding of it 😂
