Wow forgot about this song from 40 years ago. Heard it in ricky Gervais film ghost town the other day. Great film and so happy to be reacquainted with this song. ❤

My Dad was lost after my mother passed. After a few years people told him you need to move on you need to get back out there. And he would tell people you don't understand she wasn't just my wife she was my best friend she was my lover she was my travel companion it was my comedian you don't find someone like that twice in a lifetime I've always thought that was one of the most beautiful things that anyone could ever say about someone else

Found Spotify a couple years ago. You sing from the soul and your music is awesome. I feel like I can feel you on a spiritual level when you sing. I know, weird to some. This song is my all time favorite song. Keep singing your true authentic self. You rock!

There is always someone out there in this world for everyone that person was your life partner not your soul mate some people get both of those in one person some people get a more interesting story by having it split between two people I promise your story isn’t over! Well, I looked into it and KZbin is allowed to advertise without my permission. They only advertise my videos with high views. Idk if they started putting advertisements on my "Little Hell" video yet but that one's probably next. Lol well I hope you guys are ok with this. I won't do a KZbin partnership to avoid extra advertising. But thanks anyways, guys, for viewing my videos.

He says so much in so little words. I am not a fan of diamonds they fade and flowers they bloom tho. I understand the metaphor, I just dont think it sounds that great.
@marytube32418 жыл бұрын

I think instead of sharing his singing "as diamonds fade", he should be considering his investment of manifesting mention of their splendor by singing, instead, "diamonds dazzle."
@benmoser119 жыл бұрын
Well the point he's making is love eventually dies. It's supposed to be sad rather than happy. Which tbh that's what makes it such a great song. It's showing real emotion. Not everything works out
