Sidi mansour is a saint from the city of Sfax in the south east of Tunisia. Women would visit his grave as a part of their cultural beliefs and till this day the song is singed by many Tunisians.

It is a Tunisian folklore song, that we dance on it since we were kids in weddings etc. The song is about sidi Mansour a religious leader and this guy goes to the temple where he was buried and lit candle and pray so the person he is in love with can pay him some attention and feel his pain. It was sung again by Saber Rebai, about 2 decades ago and became famous in the North African region and Middle East
