Whatever it was, she shouldn't have had to have paid for it with her young life. She was nineteen, Miss Nancy is right; she was still a child! Does anyone else suspect that Sidney on his own would not have done anything to harm Heather? It seems to me like Tammy was pushing the idea, and he, at that point, would have done about anything to appease her. (Doesn't excuse his actions in any way! That's not what I'm saying at all.)

The video at Walmart was him and the person on the phone had the same clothes. It was verified that he called her from the payphone base on phone records and roommates testimony. I would hope no one brands the Moorer children - I certainly wouldn't judge them for what their parents did, and I empathize knowing they're going to face a life without their parents present, along with the knowledge they're awful people. If Sidney would have said no way Heather I am twice ur age and married, she probably would have moved on to her next crush and would still b here. Sadly, there's no such thing as closure, but there's justice for the family, justice for sweet Heather, and the ability to have a place to visit her remains. It was very wise of the Mother to state that she's still kidnapped because she is, he has never released her, there is no remorse. My heart goes out to this family and every other family in their position, the not knowing is hellish, with an ongoing pain in the heart and a hole in their life that will never truly heal. I hope they find peace and happiness where and when they can because I believe Heather would want that for them.

If either of them ever breaks it would probably be that sobbing pos, but I guess she'll be controlling him via mail even behind bars. And with both still hoping for appeals I doubt they will confess, even though within the first year of their conviction they could still get time off their sentence if they provide information... after that first year they've got no reason to say anything. All they'd gain after that is a trial for murder.

@@La_Ru-yg8es you should watch the entire trial (2 of them) . This judge was very kind to Sidney Moore. Said things to him like, "I knew his father"..." The Judge clearly made the trial overtly difficult for the prosecution and easy for the defence... he kept talking about being a defence lawyer in the past himself... despite the evidence shown, he kept saying Sidney was innocent until proven guilty. The judge even stepped off the bench during a break and shook Sidneys hand (1st trial). This judge was clearly biased and should have NEVER been on the case. There would have not been a need for a second trial if the judge had been unbiased and ruled with wisdom. It was the obstruction trial (different judge, the one Sidney got 10 years for), that allowed more evidence to come to light. The prosecution team was brilliant in all three.

i agree with commentsabout the judge. just so heart felt what he said to Heather's father. i wish evry judge would do that. such nice and kind words. such evil that this cheating man slimed his way into Heather's life. how dare they kill this young precious girl. both of them should have gotten life no parole especially since they have no remorse and will not reveal what they did to heather and where her body is. so so tragic. i hope one day the Elvis family will get their baby girls remains. god bless them.

I don't think he did it. I think his wife did . She texted her from her husband's phone, saying he left her. So she could get Heather to go meet her, pretending to be him. I think he knew after the fact. But she handcuffed him to the bedat night. It was late. She obviously handcuffed him, then texted Heather from his phone, so she could get her alone. Them drove his truck to meet her. I hope he eventually rolls on her

I feel so heartbroken for heather family I definitely understand their pain anger hurt of not having closure to where is their daughter I feel like they could’ve given Tammy and Sidney more time in this case being they had more evidence at the end of the trial. I’m a mother and could only imagine how it feels for a child not coming home everyday it’s depressing and it’s hurtful . Tammy and her husband both need to do life and rot in jail for that beautiful young girl life , they both took away someone’s child I pray heather spirit lives through her beautiful family❤️

I had a dream a couple years after she had gone missing that I was at a picnic and she walked out of the woods. It was incredible! Yeah they did not think about losing their freedom or their kids. How do you not think about their welfare or the possibility of being incarcerated. Why do some people think they are above consequences. They completely destroyed their lives over someone's fragile ego.
