you need a hypercar to do the keys to the city event so no not fully free hyper cars. And no, you dont need to do 50% of each event type. You just need to do 50% of all events in each family. I did 30% street, 100% drift and 100% drag and got the event unlocked

I doubt all 11k players are cheaters. I always end up around 8k or 9k. You just need to aim around 100k points in events. Especially the race events. The skill are not usually doable like that. Cheaters can't do much in the regular races. And chellenges don't give that much points in comparition. Look every time before the last day. And improve your results a little. Worked for me all the time.

You have to level up your parts by winning race objectives. Summit rewards give out upgrades.. the yellow upgrades are top tier… ideally you want to have as many of your cars from each class fully specked out as possible.. helps with overall performance of vehicles
