Probably someone smurfing who got his account banned for toxicity (typed something that wad censored during the match for example, safe to assume it wasn't the first time). His aim from his "aimbot" can be, and is replicated by good players on console, let alone by decent players using a Mouse and Keyboard on PC. His "Wallhacks" is most likely map knowledge (this is the smallest map in the game, not hard to learn) and anyone with the right audio setting and a decent headset can hear stuff upstairs across the building. He wasn't tracing heads through the walls as hackers commonly do, not to mention who tf would risk getting banned to hack in a casual game...and if we use the argument he wanted attention because he knew who they were, most of them are blantantly obvious in that case and will wallbang through the floor, across the map, etc. I have seen many hackers via personal experience and through streamers, nothing about this guy suggests that he was, he just had decent game sense.

it basically killed the game chat, and when I play I only do voice if the whole group is in a discord just in case they do bans for voice, my first offense (hadn't known they implemented something like this at the time) a half hour lockout from playing, from what i hear it just doubles from there until it straight up bans you. You can't talk smack in seige anymore due to the new system.

HOWEVER, aside from that one observation, he otherwise played an excellent support to the team, really hands-on heal buffs, hard breaches, and drone marking. It was exciting to watch Ryan's constant assault on the enemy from any conceivable angle.
